Class started and I felt like my brain was popped out of my head, then the complacency was slowly squeezed out in 8 hours, putting me back on the edge I should be for duty, Thanks.

The responses I had from our courthouse officers from the new guy under a year on the job to the 30 year veteran were great to say the least. How many 30 year veterans stay after the class to speak with the instructor! Not only ours but officers from other agencies did. What a great class. Every officer I spoke to went away with a better understanding of how to win the fight, stay alive and fight complacency.

I have played the what if game for years, but your explanation of Guided Imagery takes that one step further and my positive mindset will grow from your class. Thanks.
